Finish successful on Workshop: I am in the Future Business Landscape (IFBL) EP.1

 

A workshop that opened a space for participants to collectively envision the transformation of the business world—through exchange, analysis, and connecting insights back to their own business contexts—set amidst the natural atmosphere of Pa Nam Sai.

One of the key outcomes of the workshop was the joint analysis of four future scenarios for business in Thailand. These scenarios helped participants realize that the future of business is not a single path, but rather a set of multiple possibilities that require preparation.

• Scenario 1: A business world driven by technology and AI
  Reflects the role of technology in shaping decision-making, operations, and the competitive landscape of businesses.

• Scenario 2: A business world that prioritizes people and well-being
  Highlights the shift in consumer behavior toward seeking quality of life, meaning, and relationships beyond mere products.

• Scenario 3: A world of green economy and local reliance
  Emphasizes sustainability, environmental stewardship, and building resilience through community and local networks.

• Scenario 4: A world full of risks and vulnerabilities
  Underscores the need to prepare for uncertainty and to build long-term resilience in business.

After the workshop, participants applied the jointly analyzed scenarios as a framework for their own business planning—reviewing their business positioning, identifying new opportunities, assessing risks, and making strategic decisions aligned with future directions.

Thus, IFBL EP.1 did not end with the learning of that day.
It became the starting point for applying future visions in practice, enabling businesses to move forward with clarity and mindfulness in a continuously changing world.
