Each plot has its own trees, water, light, and landscape, giving it a distinct atmosphere and sense of place.

Rather than reshaping every plot to look the same, we let the natural character of each site become part of the decision about how the home is placed and how life unfolds around it.

Homes are not simply placed on the land, but designed to respond to the natural character of each site.
