A Day of Elemental Integration at Paa Namsai

Forest & Sound Bathing Journal
November 8, 2025
Narrated by: Peemai Khanraksa

“Breathe as One with the Earth”
through the True Power of Nature & Sound experience—
forest bathing and sound immersion with P’Top & Peemai,
together with the Khun Raksa team.

Because Nature Is Us, and We Are Nature

On November 8, 2025, Peemai felt that the world opened a path for us to embrace ourselves once again—a day when many hearts returned to “breathe as one with the Earth” through the True Power of Nature & Sound experience: forest bathing and sound immersion, lovingly curated by P’Top, Peemai, and the Khun Raksa team with care in every detail.

The intention of the gathering was to guide everyone back into connection with the four elements—through sound waves, through the forest, through the body, and through the heart.
Because the four elements are not only in nature… they live within each of us.

  • Breath is the gateway to the present moment.

  • Blood, water, and tears are the gentle energies flowing within us.

  • Our legs, our spine, our roots reach deep into the soil—the Earth is our home, our ground.

  • The sun, the fire is the flame within us—the desire for a good life, the fire that awakens us to fight and begin anew.

When the four elements harmonize, we feel: “We have returned to ourselves once again.”
This was the very heart of the True Power of Nature & Sound day at Pa Nam Sai.

Morning: Opening Hearts and Breath

The atmosphere began warmly from registration. Over 50 participants and the team arrived with the intention to rest their hearts and open to nature’s energy. Smiles, greetings, and even those who came alone carried the hope of leaving with lighter hearts.

P’Top and Peemai felt deeply that “Nature truly welcomed us” from the very first step. Some participants already knew them, others met for the first time, yet the morning was simple, warm, and comfortable.

The day began with 30 minutes of Qigong—gentle movements to release tension and open the breath. Though the weather was hot and humid, everyone brought positive energy. Slowly, strangers became one, releasing themselves bit by bit, expanding their hearts.

Then the rain came… like a signal. Everyone moved together, calmly, into the pavilion to begin the wai khru ritual. No rush, no irritation, no judgment—only serenity and power. As soon as the ritual ended, the rain stopped, as if the sky whispered: “Now you may begin.” A truly magical moment.

We opened with the Releasing Energy Mantra, accompanied by the sacred resonance of Alchemy Crystal Bowls. The dedication of the group moved Peemai deeply from the very first session.

Midday: Nourishment from Nature

Lunch was a heartfelt offering from Khun Choochai, the steward of Pa Nam Sai. Delicious chicken curry with rice noodles, heavenly kluay buad chee (bananas in coconut milk), and refreshing herbal drinks—all simple, natural, and grounding. Everyone felt at ease, free to be themselves.

Afternoon: Voices of the Forest

We walked slowly into the eucalyptus forest, each holding a Tibetan bowl. Standing by the trees, eyes closed, listening to one another, it felt as though the world was not separate from us but part of us. The most touching moment for Peemai was the tree embrace—breathing with the forest.

P’Top was moved to tears, hearing the true voice of the forest—not human-made sound.

We were honored by Yuyee and the Khun Raksa energy healing team, who guided participants to meet their hidden true selves through Light Language—a language beyond words, understood by the heart—blended with the powerful resonance of Empyrean Crystal Bowls.

Evening: Harmonizing with the Four Elements

The next sound healing round embodied the essence: We are the Earth, and the Earth is us.
It was the most complete sound journey, weaving together Alchemy Crystal Bowls, Chimes, Empyrean Crystal Bowls, Italian Gong Bath, and more—every sound echoing nature: birds, water, wind. Time seemed to slow, hearts calmed, HRV expanded, and presence deepened beautifully.

We closed with a mantra uniting the four elements—earth, water, wind, fire. The group’s energy became subtle, still, and harmonious—the moment of realizing “We are always one with nature, if only we pause to listen.” The final Alchemy tones gently sealed the day.

Before leaving, we gathered once more at the heart—sharing reflections and gratitude.

Closing

The day ended with hearts overflowing with joy.
Peemai shared: “Thank you for trusting us to merge with the forest’s nature. The beauty of forest bathing and sound immersion was possible because of everyone.”

For those who missed this time, no worries—we will meet again in 2026.
