Living at PaaNamsai is not limited to land ownership alone.
It also involves being part of a community that values shared responsibility, mutual respect, and long-term coexistence.

This page explains the role of membership, shared utilities, and everyday living considerations within the Paan Namsai community,to help members understand how the community functions in practice.

Membership at Paan Namsai

Upon the transfer of land ownership, the landowner becomes a member of the PaaNamsai Project.

Membership signifies acceptance of the community’s shared principles and agreements,
and participation in maintaining a peaceful, respectful, and sustainable living environment.

Members have the right to reside within the project and to use project services in accordance with the established guidelines.

Community Living

PaaNamsai places importance on harmonious living among its members.

Members are expected to respect one another’s rights, privacy, and quality of life, and to avoid actions that may cause disturbance or negatively affect the community as a whole.

Differences in lifestyle and personal preferences are acknowledged, and the community encourages communication, understanding, and constructive dialogue.

Utilities and Infrastructure

The project provides essential infrastructure to support residential living, such as internal roads, basic utility systems, and other necessary services.

Members are expected to use shared infrastructure responsibly and to help preserve the condition and functionality of communal systems.

Common Fees and Shared Maintenance

Members contribute common fees for the maintenance and care of shared infrastructure, landscape,
and the overall environment of the project.

These contributions support the long-term sustainability, safety, and quality of life within the Paan Namsai community.

Activity Areas

Activity areas within the project are owned and managed by PaaNamsai.

These areas may be designated for wellness activities, cultural use, dining, or other appropriate purposes that align with the project’s overall vision.

Activity areas are not legally defined as common property, but members may access and use them under conditions determined by the project.

Transfer of Ownership

Land ownership may be transferred in accordance with applicable procedures.

Any new landowner is required to understand and accept the project’s shared principles and agreements
and to complete the necessary arrangements with the project prior to becoming a member.

PaaNamsai is committed to fostering a community where members can live together
with mutual respect, balance, and long-term consideration for people and nature.

Membership therefore represents both a right and a shared responsibility in caring for and sustaining the community over time.

If you have read and understood the community living agreement of the Paan Namsai Project
and feel that its principles align with your lifestyle,

you are welcome to contact the project
to discuss and request further information before making a decision to purchase land.
