Activities that may cause disturbance or environmental impact are not permitted without prior approval from the project.
Design review and approval
Before construction begins, members must submit house designs, site layouts, and building placement for review.
The purpose of this review is to preserve landscape quality and community harmony, not to limit creativity.
Renovations and future modifications
Any extensions, alterations, or major modifications require prior approval to ensure consistency with community guidelines.
Environmental care and water systems
Members are responsible for appropriate wastewater treatment and environmental care.
Land grading, tree removal, or major landscape changes require project approval to maintain ecological balance.
During construction
Construction workers are not permitted to reside within the project area.
Contractors must comply with project regulations, and members are responsible for any damage arising from construction activities.
