A Day of Elemental Integration at Paa Namsai

Forest & Sound Bathing Journal
November 8, 2025
Narrated by: Peemai Khanraksa

Because nature is us—and we are nature. On November 8, 2025, I felt as if the world opened a path for us to embrace ourselves once again. It was a day when many hearts returned to “breathe as one with the Earth” through the True Power of Nature & Sound retreat—Forest and Sound Bathing—lovingly and meticulously curated by P’Tob, myself, and the Khanraksa team.

Our intention was to guide everyone back to reconnect with the Four Elements—through sound waves, through the forest, through the body, and through the heart.

Because the Four Elements are not just in nature—
They are within each of us.

  • Breath is the gateway to the present moment.

  • Blood, water, and tears are the gentle energies flowing within us.

  • Our legs, our spine, our roots reach deep into the Earth. The soil of this world is our home—our sacred ground.

  • The sun’s fire is the fire within us—the desire for a good life, the flame that awakens us to begin again.

When the Four Elements harmonize, we feel that “we have returned to ourselves.”

That was the heart of the entire day at the True Power of Nature & Sound retreat at Paa Namsai.

Morning: Opening the Heart and Breath

The day began warmly from the moment of registration. Over 50 participants and team members arrived with the shared intention of resting their hearts and receiving nature’s energy. Smiles, greetings, and quiet hopes filled the air—some came alone, hoping to leave with lighter hearts.

P’Tob and I could feel it: “Nature truly welcomed us.” From the first step, it was clear that everyone came with open hearts. Some already knew us, others were meeting for the first time—but the atmosphere was simple, warm, and relaxed.

We began with 30 minutes of Qigong—gentle movement to loosen the body and breath. Though the weather was hot and humid, everyone brought positive energy. Slowly, strangers became one. Hearts softened. Bodies opened.

Then the rain came… as if signaling something. We gently moved into the sala (pavilion) to begin the teacher-honoring ritual. Everyone moved with grace—no rush, no irritation, no judgment. The atmosphere was still, calm, and powerful. And just as we finished the ritual, the rain stopped.

It was as if the sky whispered, “You may begin.” A truly magical moment.

We opened with a Releasing Energy Mantra, accompanied by the sacred vibrations of Alchemy Crystal Bowls. Everyone was so present—it moved me deeply from the very first session.

Lunch was a delight. We were warmly welcomed by Khun Choochai, the founder of Paa Namsai, who personally prepared the meal. The chicken curry with rice noodles was divine. The banana in coconut milk—unforgettable. The herbal drinks—refreshing. Everything was down-to-earth. Everyone felt free to be themselves—no pressure, no pretenses.

Afternoon: Breathing as One Through Sound

In the afternoon, we led everyone slowly into the eucalyptus forest, each holding a Tibetan bowl—one bowl, one soul. We leaned against trees, closed our eyes, and listened to one another. It felt like the world wasn’t separate from us—it was part of us.

My favorite moment was the tree-hugging—breathing deeply, connecting with the forest.

P’Tob was moved to tears. It was the sound of the forest—not man-made, but truly alive.

We were also honored to be joined by P’Yuyi and the Khanraksa energy healing team, who guided each participant to meet their “true self hidden within” through Light Language—a language beyond words, understood by the heart—accompanied by the powerful tones of Empyrean Crystal Bowls.

The next sound healing session reminded us:
We are the Earth. The Earth is us.

This is why we do this work. It was the most complete sound journey yet—with Alchemy Crystal Bowls (Crystal Tones), chimes, Empyrean Crystal Bowls, Italian Gong Bath, and many other instruments mimicking nature’s sounds—birds, water, wind. All sounds blended so seamlessly that time seemed to slow. Everyone was calm. HRV expanded. Presence deepened.

We closed with a mantra to unify the Four Elements—Earth, Water, Wind, Fire. That final session held the most refined, still, and harmonious group energy of the day. It was a moment of remembering:

We have always been one with nature—if only we pause to listen.

The final alchemical chime gently closed the door to the day.

Before heading home, we gathered once more—heart to heart—for a final circle of sharing.

The day ended with hearts overflowing with joy.

Peemai’s message to all:

“Thank you for trusting us to merge with the forest and nature together. The beauty of that day came from each and every one of you.”

If you missed this round, don’t worry—we’ll meet again in 2026!
