Amidst the chaos of the outside world, someone once said: “Nature is us, and we are nature.”

On November 8, 2025, Paa Namsai opened its doors to welcome many hearts back to “breathe as one with the Earth” in a special event: True Power of Nature & Sound: Forest Bathing & Sound Bathing, lovingly curated by the Khanraksa Team (Peemai and P’Top). This experience was designed with care and devotion, guiding everyone to reconnect with the Four Elements within.

🌿 🌿 Why “Forest Bathing” and “Sound Bathing”?

At Paa Namsai, we believe the human body and mind share a delicate bond with nature. The gentle flow of water and the strength of trees embracing us create a safe space that restores balance.

That day was not just about relaxation—it was a journey home, to the “body and heart” itself, through practices aligned with the four elements:

• Earth: Grounding, touching the soil, and reconnecting with our deep roots

• Water: Gentleness and the circulation of inner energy

• Air: Breath as the gateway to the present moment

• Fire: The flame of desire and the spark of new beginnings within the heart

The highlight was Sound Healing, with world-class instruments carefully selected by P’Top:

• Alchemy Crystal Bowls: Pure tones that open the chakras

• Grotto Sonora Gong (Italy): Deep vibrations that relax down to the cellular level
